Terms of Service

The service

Flying Roadster AI creates fictional car-flight videos from photo references and a prepared scene. AI output can change car details, people, sound and timing. It is not a claim that a vehicle can fly and is not affiliated with Tesla or any car manufacturer. The preview is illustrative; generated results may differ.

Your inputs and account

Use only photos you have the right to process. Anyone in a driver portrait must be a consenting adult. Do not submit minors, public figures or unwilling people, impersonate others, or share generated scenes as factual footage. You are responsible for your account and for checking rights before sharing results.

Credits, payment and failures

The live server quote determines the credits reserved for a task. The launch catalog lists a one-time $6.99 USD pack of 10 credits; the current 10-second Traffic Escape uses 10 credits. Credits have no configured expiry. Purchases are closed until generation and payments are configured. No subscription or free signup generation is included.

A confirmed technical failure or provider rejection restores the original reserved credits once. Uncertain submissions remain under reconciliation. A storage retry does not buy another generation. A completed render is not automatically refundable because of creative preference; a new render uses new credits. Specific defects can be submitted through account support for review, without a promise of a refund or free remake. These terms do not override applicable consumer rights.

Delivery and support

Completed MP4 playback and download require the owning account and remain available for 14 days. Download before expiry. Queue and generation times vary and are not guaranteed. Contact support@flyingroadsterai.online or use your account ticket area with the task ID. Flying Roadster AI is the public operating brand for this service.

Privacy and changes

See the privacy policy for photo processing and retention. The current quote is shown before each submission; changes do not reprice an already accepted task. We may restrict abusive use or suspend unavailable services. Use the free-versus-paid guide to understand access before buying.
